Are You a Leader or a Slacker?
Do you declare to be a Leader on your commercial or your subject of awareness?
I even have seen that many other people claim to be Leaders, however I do not forget them Slackers as a replacement. A Slacker is human being that very nearly likes to give guideline or path, yet takes no motion on advancing themselves or their company.

Leader: Praises his/her workforce and grants encouragement
Slacker: Quick to find fault and sluggish to give praise
Leader: Holds himself/herself to a larger accepted that his/her team
Slacker: Has a high level of expectation for his/her staff yet doesnt hold
himself/herself to that same standard
Leader: Leads by means of instance and is a role version for his/her team
Slacker: Blends in with crowd and by no means steps as much as take a management role
Leader: Has deep rooted perception in his/her enterprise and leads new teammates
by means of the development course of (mastering the industrial and facing stumbling blocks)
Slacker: Convinces anyone to enroll in his/her workforce then pawns them off on someone
else or merely pushes them to the part (Referred to as signal and drop)
Which of these characteristics, satisfactory describes you and your teammates? Be truthful with yourself.
